Refund policy

Lumio allows order cancellations for a full refund before warehouse processing. We accept general returns within 14 days of delivery, though customers are generally responsible for all return shipping cost

Cancellations: Full refunds are issued if you cancel before warehouse processing. 

Returns Timeline: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the customer receiving the product

Return Shipping: If you change your mind, you pay the cost of returning the item. If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will cover the return cost or send a replacement.

Defective or Damaged Goods: If there are quality issues, refunds or reshipments take precedence, but Lumio may require the defective product to be returned. Photo or video evidence is mandatory to process these claims

Disputes: All disputes or claims must be submitted via official channels within 30 days after the order's tracking delivery date
